BUSHLAND BEACH

Bushland Beach

Bushland Beach is a coastal suburb on the northern beaches area of Townsville. The site is prominent on Mount Low Parkway opposite Bushland Beach Plaza anchored by Coles.  This mixed use development includes a free standing 7-11 service station, Genius Early Learning Centre and Swim School.

Status: Service station completed in 2022. Swim School and Early Learning Centre to be completed in 2023.
